SHIPPING IS COMPLIMENTARY WORLDWIDE.
We use DHL Express Service or its nominated carriers to send out all orders.
We are unable to ship Orders to PO Boxes or Freight Forwarders.
When orders are shipped internationally, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures upon reaching your destination, causing potential delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Maticevski cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance or other associated processes.

Cook Islands, Fiji, French Polynesia, New Caledonia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Timor Leste, Tonga, Tuvalu, Vanuatu.
Maticevski cannot be held responsible for any duties and taxes applied at the destination country. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes, or other fees rests solely with the customer. If you refuse to pay the duties and taxes invoiced at the destination and request to cancel your order, all shipping fees and admin charges will be subtracted from your final refund.
Please get in touch with your local customs office if you want more information regarding taxes and duties. To comply with Australia's Export Regulations, we must declare the exact value of all ordered items and mark them as dutiable merchandise.

Orders received on weekends or during Public holidays will be processed the following business day.
You will receive an email with delivery details, including a tracking number, once your order is shipped.
You must have a complete address, including a company name where applicable and at least one telephone number.
Please note that during peak times, it may take up to 5 business days for your order to be processed before shipping.
International Orders will have a delivery time frame of 3-10 business days, depending on your location.
All deliveries require a signature. If no one is available to sign for your delivery, the shipping company will send you a delivery attempt notification.
