RETURNS

- Maticevski offers refunds and exchanges on full price & 30% reduced styles only.
- No refunds and no exchanges on final clearance. 
- We do not offer cancellations, store credits, or credit notes.

If you wish to return your item, please contact us at orders@tonimaticevski.com within 5 business days of receiving it. You will be provided with an RA form to complete and include with your return. All returns must be received within 10 days of receiving the RA form. Customers are responsible for all return shipments and related shipping costs.

To exchange, you must return the original item with an RA form and place a new order while processing your return.

Refund processing times vary from bank to bank, so please allow up to 5 business days for the funds to clear back into your account. 

CONDITIONS OF RETURN 

- Items must be returned in their original condition.
- Maticevski will not accept returned items that are damaged, marked or soiled in any way.
- Items must be returned in the same carton, with all original packaging materials, swing tags, labels and security tags intact.
- Items with tags or labels removed will not be accepted.

Please take care when trying on items. Avoid dirty hands, make-up and fake tan to ensure items are not marked.
Do not try to spot clean or dry-clean items before returning.

International Returns

All international returns are subject to an import fee, which Australian customs apply when clearing goods into the country.

The Duties and taxes paid by Toni Maticevski Pty Ltd and surcharges incurred at the time of your purchase will not be refunded.
The Duties, taxes, import fees, and any surcharges will be deducted from the total refund amount.
