PRE-FALL 2026 LOOK BOOK
IGNITE
When I began working on the Pre-Fall collection, something happened that I wasn’t expecting. I started truly seeing and understanding when the collection was delivered, the time of year, the wants and needs of my customer, and the immediacy that comes with buying clothes for now, not for another season.
The outdated notion that one buys clothes for the upcoming season has become a dead cycle for me. I looked at the northern hemisphere’s climate and compared it with Australia, where each collection actually delivers in the season it was designed for.
Beginning with Pre-Fall, I recognised that the brand has always been trans-seasonal. It has always spoken to a trans-seasonal woman, someone on the move, someone who travels, whose wardrobe shifts constantly with her needs and desires.
So, an idea ignited, and my approach became about fulfilling that immediacy. Fabrics grew lighter, the palette more playful, the techniques more experimental and adventurous. Flames, fire, lust, flares, shimmers, and entanglements appeared as decoration. They licked, flicked, lassoed the body, entrancing, breaking away, scalloping, and ribboning their way across the form.
This movement, this intimate engagement with the body, felt like a decisive effort to invite play, real, expressive play. Lines curved and contrasted in two tones, a juicy palette, and an influx of textural theatre. Everything aligned in this crazed, frenzied juxtaposition.
She is lighting the flare, ensuring all eyes fall on her.
